Terms These are the terms and conditions of agreement which apply to all products purchased from Munchkinsâ including those purchased via this web-site. Order confirmation and dispatch: Once you have placed your order with Munchkinsâ, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and payment approval. If your products are out of stock, we will place the products on back order and notify you immediately. You have the right to amend or cancel your order at this time if you so wish. Postage and Shipping: Within New Zealand—your products will be dispatched within five working days of payment being received and cleared (and your product being in stock). You will be notified by e-mail when your order has left Munchkinsâ and is on it’s way to you. For products posted within New Zealand our pricing structure is as follows: For orders up to $100 a freight charge of $10 will apply For orders between $100 to $200 a freight charge of $15 will apply For orders over $200 a freight charge of $20 will apply. All Products will be sent using Courierpost. However if you would like a signature required delivery you may request this at an extra cost of $3.00 International Shipping—Your products will be dispatched within five working days of payment being received and cleared. You will be notified when your order has left Munchkinsâ and is on its way to you.International shipping prices are as follows: For orders up to $100 a freight charge of $40 will apply For orders between $100 and $200 a freight charge of up to $70 will apply For orders between $200 and $500 a freight charge of $120 will apply. Some international shipping prices will depend on which country your order is shipped to and are subject to change without notice. Layby: Layby is available: A 20% deposit is required upon receipt of your order and the term of the layby shall not exceed 6 months (26 weeks). Monthly payments must be made. Laybys may be cancelled at any time. Payment: Payment may be made by either: cheque, bank cheque, Internet banking, or credit card. Cheques are to be made out to Munchkinsâ Limited. Payment not made in New Zealand will be converted by your credit card company into New Zealand dollars. Your order will be dispatched only once payment has been received and cleared. Returns: If on receipt of your Munchkinsâ product's you are not completely satisfied, please contact us. You may return products within 14 days for a full refund, but PLEASE NOTE: Products must be returned in “as new” condition. Privacy and Security: Your privacy is important to us. Personal information held by Munchkinsâ such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will only be used by Munchkinsâ. Your personal information will be used by Munchkinsâ only for the purpose of making contact with you about your order, to inform you of changes to our web-site and to keep you up-dated about new products. Your information will not be disclosed to a third party.
